3:15-4:15 p.m. - Pilates Class
4:15-5:00 p.m. - Networking
Reminder to wear exercise clothes (Capri or long leggings recommended), bring sticky socks or plan to purchase at studio. Please on time as class will start promptly at 3:15 p.m.
