2024 Board Transition Meeting Hosted at McCarthy Building Companies on November 7

The 2023 Advisory Board (committee chairs and co-chairs) and Executive Board Members met on November 7 with our incoming 2024 Advisory and Executive Board members to initiate the transition to our 2024 Board Leadership.

Our board is in year two of our strategic plan, which has three key tenants: 1) Enhancing the quality of member experiences. 2) Refreshing and refining chapter operations. 3) Integrating DEI into our culture.

As part of refreshing and refining operations, we moved our annual transition meeting to follow the 2024 leadership slate announcement to facilitate a smooth transition and collaboration between outcoming and incoming chapter leaders. The 2023 board did a spectacular job of advancing our mission and engaging our members and we are confident the 2024 board is excited to do so as well while also bringing some great new ideas and lessons learned into the year.
