Sustainability & Wellness Impact Award
The Sustainability Impact Award recognizes a CREW-St. Louis member who has made a significant contribution toward implementing sustainable solutions, whether on projects, or within their company or the greater community. The recipient will display leadership in any (or all) of the Sustainability focus areas: environmental, social, or governance. The award recipient could be defined as a change maker who does not accept the status quo and instead strives to make a positive change in the world
Through his or her work, the nominee will have made a positive impact to sustainability in the commercial real estate industry. Nominee has demonstrated exceptional contribution to promoting and implementing sustainability, which could include the following:
Defining, collecting, analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators of environmental best practices.
Changing supply chains, energy sources, or other facets of an enterprise-wide system to achieve sustainability goals.
Creative incorporation of sustainable solutions and resources to solve a problem instead of the status quo.
Consideration and investment in the broader community through revitalization, infrastructure support and/or tenant health/wellness.
Establishment of transparency on management practices, policies, and internal controls.
