Sustainability & Wellness Impact Award

The Sustainability Impact Award recognizes a member who has made a significant contribution toward implementing sustainable solutions, either on projects or within their company. The recipient will display leadership in environmental and sustainability and as a change maker who does not accept the status quo, instead striving to make a positive change in the world.

Through his or her work, the nominee will have made a positive impact to sustainability in the commercial real estate industry. Nominee has demonstrated exceptional contribution to promoting and implementing sustainability, which could include the following:

• Defining, collecting, analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators of environmental best practices.

• Changing supply chains, energy sources, or other facets of an enterprise-wide system to achieve sustainability goals.

• Creative incorporation of sustainable solutions and resources to solve a problem instead of the status quo.

• Consideration and investment in the broader community through revitalization, infrastructure support and/or tenant health/wellness.

• Establishment of transparency on management practices, policies, and internal controls.
